The Fat Cat Brasserie is a restaurant located inside SPACE, a new digital culture center in the middle of Stockholm. It’s culinary focus is to bring out the best in Japanese & Korean cuisine. The interior has been inspired by asian culture and materials, creating a vibrant and buzzing environment suitable for its location right next to Sergels Torg. The brasserie consists of an open kitchen, dining area and bar where the lighting has been planned to carefully highlight materials and add to the atmosphere.
