When Gjensidige insurance company was looking for a new location in Stockholm, the ambition was to find and create a place that could form a hub for collaboration and exchange of experience. An office that breeds innovation and promotes interaction. In addition, they wanted to work in an environment that was both inspiring and central.

For our work with the lighting design the focus was on two things, to enhance the rawness of the materials and play with the natural contrast in daylight throughout the building. The harmonious and sometimes bold symbiosis between materiality, colour temperature and light created an office that feels warm, personal and expressive.
